Membership & Pricing

A boutique, relationship-based model of care.

How Membership Works:

Anchor Point operates as a membership-based medical practice. This structure supports a deliberately small patient panel and allows for more time, continuity, and direct physician involvement than traditional insurance-based care.

Pricing Overview

Founding membership pricing is available for the first 50 patients accepted into the practice.

Current founding membership rates are:

Individual: $3,800 per year
Couple: $7,200 per year
Family: $8,800 per year, including up to two adults and three dependent children in the same household

Additional children may be added for a reduced annual rate.

Annual, semi-annual, and quarterly payment options are available. Automatic billing with a card on file is required.

Specific pricing and household structure are reviewed during an introductory call.

Founding Membership

Anchor Point will begin by enrolling a limited group of Founding Members ahead of full practice capacity. Founding Membership pricing is available for the first 50 patients accepted into the practice and is honored for two years.

This limited founding group helps preserve the access, continuity, and relationship-based structure of the practice as Anchor Point grows.

What Membership Includes

Membership is designed to provide both comprehensive primary care and on-demand, ongoing medical guidance and consultation.

Included with membership:

  • Same-day or next-day appointments

  • Extended, unhurried visits in the office, over the phone, or in your home or office

  • Preventive care and longitudinal lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness planning

  • Acute and chronic disease management

  • In-office primary care procedures

  • Direct physician communication for urgent concerns

  • Ongoing medical guidance and decision support

  • Active coordination with specialists and hospital teams when care becomes complex

Care is structured around long-term relationships, continuity, and having one physician who remains involved across visits, decisions, and life stages.

Fit

Because Anchor Point is intentionally small and capped, membership is best suited for individuals and families who value continuity, thoughtful guidance, and an ongoing relationship with their physician.

Determining fit is an important part of the process and is best explored during an introductory call.
